WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
If you have private maternity health insurance, most health funds will cover the costs associated with your stay in the maternity unit with the exception of:
- Obstetricians fees
- Paediatricians fees
- Pre-natal classes (in some instances)
You can check with your fund to find out full details of your cover
WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
If you haven’t already made a time to tour our unit, why not arrange to visit us and view our facilities? It will also be a great opportunity for you to meet some of our midwives and get a feel of how comfortable we will make your stay.
DOCTOR'S FEES?
Check with your obstetrician what other specialists may be involved in you and your baby’s care whilst in hospital. Please ask the doctor to explain the medical fees that may be incurred.
